Kuwait Airport Ranked Very Low With Customer Reviews

20 July 2015 General

Kuwait International Airport ranked very low in the least review of international airport by Skytrax, reports Al-Nahar daily. The airport earned 3/10 in score and wasn’t classified among the list of recommended airports based on the opinion of passengers with regard to cleanliness, facilities and queues – concluding the airport is not universally recommended.

It added Kuwait International Airport is among the worst and unprepared airports, as it has only one hallway for completing traveling  procedure with four lobbies at different sections, and chaotic.

Expressing their opinions, several European participating in the poll expressed resentment on the absence of appropriate signs in the airport, as one of them said “it is a waste of time for a person to ask for direction, as no one knows or cares if you were lucky or not.”

Worst of all, the airport has been this way for decades while its infrastructure and management is in stark contrast to other places in the Gulf, such as Doha, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Skytrax World Airline Awards are coveted Quality accolades for the world airline industry, as travelers across the globe take part each year in the world’s largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to decide the award winners. It is a global benchmark of airline excellence, and widely known as the Passengers Choice awards.
