60 Percent Of The Residents In Wafra Residential Area Are Bachelors
The number of houses rented by bachelors in Wafra Residential area is quite big compared to other areas, reports Al-Rai daily quoting a reliable source from Kuwait Municipality.
He revealed that 60 percent of the residents in Wafra Residential area are bachelors. The source explained that the Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, and State Minister for Municipal Affairs Fahad Al-Shu’ala has instructed the municipality team to conduct inspections in the above-mentioned houses based on the complaints filed by residents in order to issue warnings of possible power cut-off in case the bachelors are not immediately evacuated. Regarding the bachelor residents in Al-Wafra farming area, the source affirmed that Kuwait Municipality will not conduct campaigns in the farms currently, as discussions are ongoing with Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) concerning the mechanism for entering the farms and solving the problem as soon as possible.
