6 Year Old Student Sustains Critical Injuries After Fall At School

A six-year-old student sustained serious injuries after she fell down at the Ain Jaloot Primary School for Girls. Doctors who examined the girl reported a broken skull, facial fracture and other injuries and bruises.

Education minister Dr. Badr Al-Isa visited the patient at the intensive care unit of the hospital.

He ordered an inquiry into the incident and instructed that negligent school staff be held accountable for the incident. The girl's mother has also filed a lawsuit with Al-Sarra police station, accusing the school of neglecting the safety of her daughter.
