50 Violations And 25 Warnings For Stores That Did Not Comply With Health Requirements

Several field tours carried out by the supervisory team in the Violation Removal Department of the Capital Governorate branch resulted in the issuance of 50 violations, including 10 violations for shops for non-compliance with health requirements and operating a shop in a manner that poses an imminent threat to the health and safety of the public, 20 violations for displaying goods in front of the shop without a license, 8 violations for establishing Announcement before obtaining a license from the municipality, issuing 12 violations for not maintaining the advertisement, and directing 25 warnings to shops for not adhering to health requirements and closing an administrative store.

In this context, the head of the Violations Removal Department at the Capital Governorate Municipality Branch, Engineer Abdullah Jaber, said that the field trips carried out by the inspectors of the control team came within the framework of implementing Resolution 127/2020 for the fourth transitional phase and some activities from the fifth phase and ensuring that the owners of shops and commercial complexes implement health requirements According to the health authorities’ instructions to wear masks, gloves and physical distancing to limit the spread of the new Corona virus, Covid 19, as well as to ensure that stores adhere to the requirements of the list of stores and advertisements.

Jaber called on the owners of shops and commercial complexes to adhere to health requirements and take all preventive measures and measures by wearing gloves and masks and obligating the public to maintain physical distancing in order to ensure their safety and to avoid the outbreak of the new Corona virus, Covid 19 and the violation, pointing to the continuation of field trips by the control team on stores in all regions of the province To ensure that the stores adhere to the list of stores and advertisements, and that the stores apply health requirements.
