46 Laborers Identified As Registered Under Closed Companies

The search and investigation team of the Ministry of Interior while conducting an inspection on companies in Jahra area came across nine companies, which are supposedly-closed, with 46 laborers registered under their sponsorship.

Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor has been notified to take necessary action against these companies and laborers under their responsibility.

The department revealed that the Citizenship and Passport Sector will launch campaigns to arrest individuals who violate the residency law and absconders, and to deal with fake companies, affirming that necessary legal action will be taken against them in line with the law without any exception.
