45 Investment Properties Shut Down For Violation By Municipality

According to Falah Al-Shammari, Director of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Municipality Branch, 45 violating investment properties are being commercially exploited in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, and a tour of the municipality teams in Sabah Al-Salem is being undertaken to shut them down. In a statement Monday, Al-Shammari said the municipality has been monitoring investment real estate daily in all governorates since it launched its campaign two weeks ago in cooperation with Kuwait Fire Force.

According to him, the inspection teams recorded 75 engineering warnings on some of the violating properties today and issued 35 violations reports. To prevent the wrong storage of some highly flammable materials and to prevent a "block" from being registered on a property owner, the Kuwait Municipality and Kuwait Fire Force urge people to comply with their laws.

In cooperation with the Kuwait Fire Force, the Kuwait Municipality has launched a campaign to inspect violating stores in investment properties in the six governorates and ensure that the owners of the properties comply with Kuwait Fire Force requirements.
