High sources revealed Alqabas  that the return of residents to the country will take place according to 3 successive stages, during which priority will be according to the needs of the state, within the framework of the process of organizing the entry and reception of those with valid residency so that the airport does not crowd with huge numbers of those wishing to return from all nationalities.

The sources said that the first phase will include doctors, nurses, judges, members of the Public Prosecution Office and teachers, given the country's need for them, noting that an inventory process is currently underway for their numbers in preparation for receiving them.

The sources pointed out that the Ministry of Interior stated, in its response to an official letter it received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in which it requested specifying the categories that are allowed to enter the country who have valid residency, that the entry process must take place in 3 stages, in which priority is given to the jobs that the country needs, such as doctors Nurses, judges, prosecutors and teachers are a first stage.

According to the Interior Ministry's response, the second stage includes those who have families residing in the country, and those with residency permits according to Article 22 (joining a family) or heads of families who hold residency permits in accordance with Article 18 and their wives and children inside the country, while the third stage will be the last for the rest of the residency materials.

The sources pointed out that the Interior Ministry submitted its recommendations to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in this regard, but these recommendations will be subject to review and amendment according to developments.

The letter of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Ministry of Interior included a request to set up a mechanism for issuing new visas for those who had not previously issued visas and who had new work contracts, as well as specifying the requirements for the entry mechanism for the country's outlets, in addition to setting up a mechanism for renewing expired residencies and whose owners wish to renew them and return to the country.
