197 Violating Camps Are Dismantled By The Municipality

On Wednesday Kuwait Municipality announced that supervisory teams removed from the mainland of the Ahmadi governorates and Jahra, as of March 15, 197 spring camps that violated the camping period.

126 camps in Ahmadi and 71 in Jahra were removed and their owners issued violation notices by the municipality, according to a local Arabic newspaper.

The Municipality has also commended camp owners for their cooperation in removing their camp sites after the camping season ended. Municipality officials have requested that tent camps that have not yet been removed be removed so that the environment can be protected.
