1565 Job Vacancies In Kpc - 1,280 For Kuwaitis And 285 For Expats

According to a recent study conducted by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), there are 1,280 vacant jobs for Kuwaiti citizens and 285 for expatriates, reports Al-Qabas daily.

The study revealed that the total number of employees in KPC and its subsidiary companies is 20,693, including 19,000 Kuwaiti citizens and 3,218 expatriates.

The Kuwaiti employees represent 85.5 percent of the total employees as of end of September 2019. As per the study, KPC achieved new profit of KD 700 million during the first half of the 2019/2020 fiscal year out of total revenues of KD 11.4 billion during the same period. The average crude oil sold per day was 2.01 billion barrels at an average cost of KD 65.03 per barrel.
