15 Drug Cases , 22 Arrested In One Week

MOI announced that detectives managed to file 15 drug trafficking cases and arrested 22 suspects during a week , They include 8 Egyptians, 4 Citizens , 3 Indians , 2 Srilankan , 2 Bangladeshi, 2 Bedoons and one American national , The total amount of drugs confiscated in the all cases includes 533,53 Kg of hashish, 738,1 grams of Heroin, 550 grams of Marijuana and 3230 narcotic pills, 257 grams of Chemical drugs , 14 expatriates were also deported for assisting drug traffickers in smuggling or pushing their drugs, 8 patients admitted to drug abuse unit of the psychiatric hospital.
