1,442 Passengers Arrived Kuwait In Last 48 Hours

48 flights have arrived in the country with 1,442 passengers within the last 48 hours after the airport reopened on Sunday, Feb 21st. This includes 989 citizens and 453 domestic workers.

On Sunday, 25 aircraft arrived the country with 713 passengers on board, which include 382 citizens and 331 domestic workers. On Monday, until 7 pm, 22 flights arrived with 729 passengers, ie 607 citizens and 122 domestic workers.

Majority of the arrivals are from the Gulf countries, Turkey and India. All arriving passengers underwent a PCR examination and were institutionalized in a number of hotels in the country. All the passengers arrived in the country after registering on the "Kuwait Mosaffer" platforms for citizens and "BelSalamah" for domestic workers. All procedures were completed as per teh precautionary measures by the concerned authorities.
