130 Foreign Workers Affected By Food Poisoning

Public hospitals received on Sunday 130 foreign workers with symptoms of suspected food poisoning, the Ministry of Health (MoH) announced.

The admitted expatriates work for a company executing a government project in the country, said the ministry statement. Farwaniya hospital received, treated and discharged 98 food poisoning cases, but a single patient was kept for further treatment. Al-Sabah Hospital received 10 cases and Al-Jahra hospital 22 cases. All of them were discharged after getting treatment.
