The MOI security directorate launched campaigns in the six governorates that resulted in the arrest of 12 people for driving without licenses and they were referred to the deportation department , 37191 Traffic Citations Issued , 42 arrested for traffic violations, seized 1338 vehicles and 9 motorcycles .
