12 Asian Expats Arrested For Manufacturing Liquor In Wafra

Ahmadi securitymen arrested 12 Asian expatriates for manufacturing liquor in an apartment in Wafra area. According to a press statement issued by Ministry of Interior, the operation was held under the supervision of Ahmadi Security Director Brigadier Abdullah Safa Al-Mulla.

After receiving information from sources and conducting investigations to confirm the information, Ahmadi securitymen raided the apartment and discovered 180 barrels and 250 bottles of locally manufactured liquor, six distillers, 15 cartons of brewer’s yeast and six large bags of sugar. They arrested 12 Asian expatriates from the apartment and referred them with the confiscated items to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against them.
