1.5 Million Expats Work In Private Sector Compared To Only 63,000 Citizens
The total number of expatriates working in the private sector reached 1.485 million compared to only 63,000 citizens as per the end of October 2015, local daily Al-Qabas reported quoting Director of Labor Market Research at the Manpower Public Authority Samira Mandani. Around 197,000 laborers entered Kuwait this year including 542,000 Arabs, 888,000 Asians, 34,000 Europeans and 9000 Africans, she added.
