1 February: Mobile ID, Sahel Notifications For Shop Owners

Starting 1 February, electronic notifications of summons and violations will be sent to the legal representative of the entity registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry through Kuwait Mobile ID and Sahel business applications to shop owners and companies.

In a report in Al Rai newspaper on Saturday, the ministry announced that as of 1 February, printed summons will be stopped, and only electronic summonses will be accepted. The Ministry called on the public to ensure the integrity of the data registered in the company’s commercial register, including an email and a mobile phone number.
