A Number Of Violations Were Recorded In Tailoring Shops In Sharq

A team of inspectors from the Ministry of Trade and Industry's Health Requirements Committee performed an inspection campaign at various tailoring and cloth establishments in the Sharq region to ensure that they complied with health regulations.

During the examination, the team discovered five infractions, ranging from commercial fraud including the manipulation of raw fabric country of origin to pricing manipulation from stated rates. The team also made a number of cautionary statements.

The team discovered that employees are roughly 70% committed to implementing health requirements linked to battling the spread of the Coronavirus as they observed the execution of health requirements related to combating the spread of the Coronavirus. Workers were warned to wear masks, sanitize their hands, and keep track of the number of customers in the stores, among other health precautions.
