With new restaurant openings in Mall of Qatar, we are seeking skilled and self-motivated individuals with Senior Management experience from outside Qatar to join our Food team. Successful candidates can expect to receive a very attractive, tax-free package, and will be provided with full relocation support to Qatar.

The Role:
Upon completing the company’s Manager In-Training Program, the Senior Managers for The Cheesecake Factory take turns in accomplishing three distinct roles in running the operation for the company; providing leadership for excellent customer service, directing the culinary department of the restaurant, and achieving the sales objectives of the company.
Senior Managers also direct operational excellence, hire and train quality employees, and achieve the overall objectives of the restaurant in building sales and providing the highest quality of customer service in the industry. You will need to master all the key aspects of operating the business, which will also comprise part of your career development.

Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
• A university degree in an appropriate field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years’ retail experience as general manager of a fast-paced restaurant
• Financial skills, P&L and inventory management experience
• Computer literacy
• Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
