JOB SUMMARY
This Position is responsible for the General Administrative Tasks within HR Department and Staff Recruitment and Orientation of Alwazzan Educational Services and its undertaking schools and preschools.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Â
Recruitment Function:
Â
- Liaises with approved recruitment agencies for supply of manpower.
- Reviews terms of reference and seeks approval from Legal department and HR Manager.
- Briefs the agencies about the company, vacancy, terms & conditions and special requirements, if any.
- Reviews and establishes the basis upon which fees and expenses will be charged for specific assignments, as and when required.
- Ensures invoices payment against successful placement of selected candidates through Finance department.
- Participates in Recruitment drives organized in any chosen foreign country, in accordance with the manpower requirements and availability of candidates in particular locations.
- Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
- Drafts & publishes recruitment advertisements; with local & overseas media, internal job boards and schools career page.

- Performs searches for qualified candidates as per relevant job criteria; through CV databank, approved recruiting agencies, internet recruiting portals, cold calling, print media, etc.
On Boarding

- Collects all relevant documents related to requisite teaching licensing, as per School and Ministry of Education (MOE) mandate, within the established time frame.
- Collects and assesses all required certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
- Coordinates with the Government Relations staff for timely dispatch of all necessary documentations to MOE for credentialing and licensing procedure of the new recruit.
- Conducts new employee orientation and explains employee of the HR Policies and Formalities.
Skills
Admin Function

- Manages Hotels and Travel arrangements; performs activities as per company policies & procedures.
- Books hotel and travel reservations incidental to Business /Training trips, new joiners etc.
- Books and issues new hire tickets.
- Validates invoices from the suppliers, takes approval from HR manager and submits to Finance dept. for necessary payments.
- Raises necessary documentation for appropriate pre-recruitment approvals from Manager-HR and School Operations Director.
General Duties
Â
- Shares the necessary information to candidates related to recruitment process, immigration, licensing formalities, compensation, benefits and any other information requested.
- Provides recruitment reports and updates of related statistics in the determined reports and communicates to various stakeholders that include School Operations Director, Nursery Director, Superintendent, VPs as required.
- Responds to various queries and advises on concerns related to recruitment / appointment progress from candidates and management.
- Conducts reference and background checks on applicants.
