Overview
Job Description
Responsibilities.
Perform New System installations and upgrades
Service and maintain existing Burglar, Fire, CCTV and access systems.
Troubleshoot and repair advanced installations using test equipment and PCs.
Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
Perform system testing and signal verification
Submit accurate and timely documentation to management.
Comply with all local codes & manufacturer specifications.
Implement, acknowledge and enforce company policies and procedures.
Maintain the appropriate stock, supplies, tools, equipment.
Conduct System Additions
Attend classroom and field training as required.
Skills
Must have experience in the same field.
Knowledge of analog and IP camera systems.
Knowledge of programming digital video recorders (DVRs).
Hands on experience with hand and power tools.
Basic knowledge of AC and DC theory.
Previous electronic security, or electronics and construction experience.
Candidate should have some CCTV experience.Â
Candidate must be able to use MS Word, Excel, etc.
Willingness to accept responsibility and carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision.
Ability to follow the installation, testing, and troubleshooting procedures outlined by Kastle Systems LLC.
Desire and ability to work well with others.
Self-motivation.
Excellent attention to detail.
Neat, professional appearance.
