One of the worst schools among international schools in Kuwait. Avoid at all costs. I put my daughter in the French school as it was the only French school in Kuwait, and I wanted her to speak French fluently. Unfortunately, I could not stand the school and the poor administration for more than one year. The communication between me and the administration, especially the secretary Natalie, was nearly impossible. Instead of helping parents, she intentionally makes things complicated and shows a great deal of disrespect to them and to their time. She intentionally delays the simplest things to show some kind of control. For example, to register my daughter in the school bus, she asked me to come back after one week to give a response whether or not my daughter can be placed in the Bus. During that week I had to drive and pick up my daughter from the school. The school is poorly managed by a spoiled, inexperienced, and disrespectful young daughter of the owner who has no clue about administration. The School principal is only the shiny face of the school, without any control or authority to make decisions. My advice, put your kids in English or American schools. After I posted my review about the school on Google Maps, I was contacted by Kuwait police, Cyber task force. It seems that the school complained about the review that I posted on Google and which exposed the poor administration of the school. Consequently, I decided to update my post accordingly to let prospective parents know how horrible and unethical the school administration is. They try to terrorize parents in order to remove their bad reviews, especially when the review is credible and tells the true story of the parents and children experience with the school. I am NOT going to remove this review, as I believe that the school should know that they can not use the legal system unethically to silence those who rightfully have a bad opinion of the school. Instead of wasting their energy and resources on unethical attempts to clean up the bad reputation of the school, they need to build a good reputation by, for example, spending more time educating themselves on ethical practices, customer support, public relations, and problem resolutions. Perhaps they also need to hire people based on their qualifications not based on their looks, and then let those who are qualified make the decisions instead of keeping critical decisions in the hands of the secretary Natalie and the inexperienced daughter of the owner along with the incompetent law firm which seems to badly advise the school on critical matters.
