Description

Al Dar First Real Estate Company was established in 2000 with capital of KD 1 million. Its name was changed to Al Dar National Real Estate Company and its capital was increased through a special subscription to KD 35 million. In 2006, the General Assembly meeting has approved another capital increase through issuance of bonus shares of 10 % of the share capital amounting to KD 3.5 million and cash shares increase 10 % of the share capital amounting to KD 3.5 million.Accordingly, the authorized and fully paid up capital becomes of KD 42 million distributed over 420 million shares .
