Splash, as we all know is the single fashion destination for the entire family, so it creates a unique shopping environment for its customers.
I ordered online few clothes from the splash website on 23rd October 2020, as I don’t want to step out, want to avoid the crowd as much as possible due to corona.
I received my order in a few days, after that I checked my order and I found that cloth was not comfortable so decided to return most of the items. When I checked the website I found that there is no option to request for return order. As left with no option I called up customer care and they suggested to me that I have to visit the store for returning the items.
I visited the splash branch in Al salam Mall salmiya, there they told me that they can’t return the items here I should visit Centrepoint branch.
Then I visited the Centrepoint branch and waited for an hour in queue and successfully returned the items, after that they asked me whether I want credit or want the money back to my bank card, I told them to return the money to my bank card as amount higher than 30 kd . They told me that it will take 10 working days.
After 10 working days, I contacted them more than 10 times but they are saying still refund not processed, After a few days they informed me that the money was sent to the Centrepoint card. I found myself cheated this time as I requested my money back to my bank card and they sent it to Centrepoint card. The important thing to be pointed here is that I don't have any Centrepoint card and also not aware of this type of card. My question is how they can transfer my hard-earned money to the card which I don’t possess.
It is now been two months I am still waiting for the refund. I called them again and they say are saying that the oney is transferred to my credit app when i want my money to credit card i dont why they are oding this, i called atleast 15 times still nothing happened , i am really fedup calling them , even i sent email to firstname.lastname@example.org still no response
I suggest everyone not to shop centrepoint online, Go to store for shopping in CenterPoint. As my motive for online shopping was to avoid the crowd during covid-19 but they made me visit the branch twice. In most of the countries, they would come and get the order return. Secondly, when I cancelled my order I should get back my money within 15 working days. But it's been two months with no update.
Latest Update - Cntrepoint saw the post on facebook and contacted the customer , they processed the refund , customer will get the funds with in few working days
