•         Please be noticed the American camp is released a tender for the Renovation of the Wash Room of Toilet for the Camp building.

•         The site visit will be conducted on February 21, 2023.

•         The Last date for submission bid is March 09, 2023.

Scope of Works:

1. This project calls for the complete renovation of the Building & Ground staff’s washroom, approximate dimensions 9 sq. meters. Two washbasins, one commode with cubicle doors, two urinal bowls, and one shower cubicle with hot/cold water faucets.

2. Remove and disproof se all tiles and other items from the toilet floors and walls. Prepare and level the surface/wall, and supply and install new Porcelain tiles as per approved samples. Tiles, Grout, and grout sealer should be made in USA/Spain/Italy. The grouting should have a smooth finish and should be with the tiles.

3. Approximate size 2 m x 1 m x 2.8m each closed toilet.

4. Replace the one cubicle door with accessories (hinges and lock) The contractor shall replace the washroom entrance door with accessories (hinges, lock, door louver, and door closer). Remove the existing two mirrors and replace them with high-quality steel frames. - Install new soap, tissue, and toilet paper dispensers and a toilet roll holder. - Replace the drain covers with similar quality drain covers or sandblast to remove all rust and re-galvanize the exit drain cover toa give a brand-new look.
